  • Designed the LV system (Power distribution system, Cable tray routing and size calculations, Schematic and single line drawings including cable size selections, Bus bar route finalizations, acceptance and approvals of the GA drawings from Panel Supplier and bus bar Supplier, Electrical and MCC Plant room layout) in Passenger Terminal building for Development of Muscat international Airport as Electrical Lead Engineer.
  • Designed, Executed and commissioned all MEP services in Police station project and Emirati villa projects at Yas Island as MEP Project Manager
  • Designed and executedthe entire LV System in Sobha Ivory I & II twin Commercial Tower and Residential & Commercial Twins Building for Prescott Investments Ltd., Dubai;provided design inputs to the Manipal University Project at Academic City, Dubai as Sr Electrical Engineer.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Since Jan’12 with Bahwan Engineering Co. LLC, Muscat as Deputy Manager-Electrical

Role:

  • Responsible for all the electrical Engineering works including the Design, engineering and construction works as Lead Electrical Engineer in the Passenger Terminal Building (PTB) for Development of Muscat International Airport Project.
  • Preparation of complete design, Layouts and schematics for the LV system, Lighting control / dimming system, Earthing and Lightning Protection, all as per the BS and other related standards and as per the Local Regulations and further modify the design for any value engineering. Coordinate for the design of ELV systems like IT Passive, FDAS and Security and door access systems.
  • Preparation of IFC drawings by incorporating all MEP components into 3D modelling & coordinating of the MEP BIM Model using REVIT Software.
  • Checking/ approvingGA drawings for major electrical equipment such as Switchgears, Bus bars, UPS, Cables, Distribution Boards, Lighting & Earthing Materials

  • Studying of contractual documents, drawings, BOQ and coordinating with HO staffs for any discrepancy.
