Some useful Information......These weekends are very relaxed and friendly with many Yoga, Yogalates (Pilates & yoga fusion) and meditation sessions to choose from as well as delicious, nutritious food, detox juices and a number of therapies to enjoy (at extra cost and bookable through Champneys directly).

These can be booked directly with Champneys. However, if you wish to book a one to one session with Chillout’s very own Life Coach then please complete the following :

Although Life Coaching sessions are usually booked in blocks, it is possible to gain a new perspective from a one off coaching session. My walk & talk sessions or hour face-to-face sessions can help with the following & more:
• Goal setting
• Time & task management
• Prioritising what needs doing in your life
• De-cluttering your mind with mind mapping
The sessions are £60.00per hour and follow up Skype or telephone sessions are available at a reduced rate for retreat clients.

What to bring:A yoga mat if you like to use your own, although we do have lots there and any yoga equipment such as blocks or straps you like to use.
The weekend is very relaxed so just bring some casual, seasonal clothes, It is also a good idea to bring trainers or walking boots if you wish to explore the grounds. A swimming costume for using the world class spa facilities. The evening meals are relaxed but tend to be a little smarter so you may wish to bring some casual evening wear.
We do have a supply of ear plugs for you all sharing a room. (just in case!)

FOOD – please make us aware of any food allergies you may have when booking so that we can cater for your requirements. Nothing is too much as long as we have time to make arrangements for you. The food is mainly healthy, superfood and nutritious buffet style and offers a wide variety of both vegetarian and meat based foods for you to choose from.
If you wish to detox on retreat (optional) then in order for you to get the most out of your experience please try to cut down on meat, dairy, caffeine, sugar and alcohol. It would be ideal to eat a light, vegetable-based meal the night before and if possible have an early night, to get the most from the weekend ahead.
