Contract Opportunity Title: / Sell, Custom Order, Furnish and Deliver Ford Products for PG&E
Estimated Contract Value (Range): / Contract Value is zero dollars because each purchase will be approved and managed via an individual PG&E Purchase Order.
Work Location: / Work Locations will vary depending on where the units will be housed (primary headquarters). PG&E’s service territory stems from Eureka to Bakersfield.

Contract Opportunity Description:
SCOPE OF WORK:PG&E is looking at a business opportunity for a supplier to sell, custom order as needed, and order all Ford products as directed by PG&E. These products can range from passenger vehicles, SUV, Pickups up through large work truck chassis (F250 through F550). The product is to be delivered timely and in accordance with PG&E specifications. The supplier should be versed in the needs and requirements of a very diverse fleet.
In addition, all goods will be subject to inspection prior to acceptance in accordance with the terms of a PG&E generated Purchase Order. Other Scope requirements include:
· Supplier shall provide a weekly update with all necessary information required by PG&E.
· Supplier shall also produce the required component data on all new units within 1 week of acceptance.
· Supplier shall place all orders within 2 business days of receipt of emailed or paper PO, whichever is first.
· Supplier shall provide a confirmation of said PO.
· All products must meet all state and federal requirements from the date of the sale.
· Supplier must provide weekly updates of vehicles builds normal for PG&E.
The Statement of Qualifications (pages 2 & 3 of this announcement) must be completed.
