Neighborhood Complaint Policy
In accordance with the Health & Safety Codes 1524.5 and 1569.175 for Community Care & Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly with 6 or fewer residents the Administrator will receive neighborhood complaints and reports at the home. The initial complaint may be made in person or via telephone to the staff on duty at the home during the hours of 9 am and 6 pm. Following receipt of the initial complaint, a personal appointment may be made, if necessary.
We take responsibility for resolving the complaint as soon as possible. Our staff will also be kept informed of the status. We intend to work closely with our neighbors as a prevention measure. However, should concerns arise we will clarify and resolve them expediently.
The Administrator of the facility will be available to meet with neighbors regarding complaints during the hours of 5 pm. to 8 pm. Following receipt of the initial complaint, a personal appointment may be made, if necessary.
