NOTICE OF MEETING
All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Glinton Parish Council at the Village Hall, High St, Glinton on Tuesday 16th January 2018 at 7.15 pmor immediately following the public meeting being held at 7.00pmfor the purpose of transacting the following business.
Members of the public and press are welcome to attend the meeting and to address the parish council in the Open Forum item 3 on the agenda below

2.MEMBERS DECLARATION OF INTERESTS
a. Councillors to declare any Disclosable Pecuniary interests not already registered or other Interest in any items on the agenda.
b. Consideration and granting of any dispensations submitted by members.
3.PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
To allow up to 15 minutes for members of the public and Councillors declaring a prejudicial interest to address the meeting in relation to the business to be transacted at this meeting.

6.PLANNING
a.To receive an update on current planning applications
b.17/02274/OUT Land to the West & South West of St Benedicts Close - Outline application for a residential development of up to 78 dwellings, together with Sporting facilities, access, open spaces, allotments & associated service infrastructure with some matters reserved – by Larkfleet Homes
c.17/02483/HHFUL – 3 Lincoln Road – proposed garage –by Mr Tristan Carter
7.PETERBOROUGH CITY COUNCIL DRAFT LOCAL PLAN –To note that the revised draft local Plan is now published and is out for public consultation between 8th January and 20th February. Following the consultation period the “Proposed Submission Local Plan” will be submitted to the Secretary of State for approval along with comments received during the consultation period. Parish Council have been invited to submit comments via the clerk.
8.TRAINING – To consider a request from the clerk to attend training sessions
a.Twoon planning, to be held in Bury St Edmunds at a cost of £40 each unit (£70 if booked together) plus travel expenses. Unit 1 on 2nd February & Unit 2 on 21st February
b.Up to Two training sessions on the new EU General Data Protection Regulations, to be held in Attleborough or Bury St Edmunds (depending on availability of spaces), £40 each plus travel.
9.REPORTS – STANDING ITEM – To note the reports of Councillors and/or clerk attending meetings as representatives of the Parish Council (if any)
10. HIGHWAYS –
a. To note the observations of parish councillors
