·  Application for rezoning Block 7, Sublots 1 & 2 of Lots 1, 2, 3, Antelopeville Addition to the City of Kimball, Kimball County, Nebraska, also known as 408 E. 1st Street, Kimball, Nebraska, from Light Commercial District (C-2) to Heavy Commercial District (C-5)

4.  CURRENT BUSINESS

·  Discuss and consider action on the suspension of the Cemetery rules

·  Discuss and consider action on contract with Wendy Baker for the Handyman Program

·  Discuss and consider action on chip seal project bids

·  Receive information from Pool Manager and Assistant Manager

·  Discuss and consider action on Keno Grant Application from Keep Kimball Beautiful

·  Discuss and consider action on Sign Permit/Sign Construction Permit application for Kimball County Visitor’s Committee

·  Discuss and consider action on amending the Sign Permit/Sign Construction Permit application form

5.  RESOLUTIONS/ORDINANCES

·  Ordinance 697 - Amend zoning for 408 E 1st Street from Light Commercial District (C-2) to Heavy Commercial District (C-5)

·  Resolution 2013-09 - Apply to obtain a Special Event Permit through the Nebraska Department of Roads for the Farmers Day celebration
