IMPORTANT
- Incomplete Eligibility Performa / Entry Form in any respect are liable for disqualification of the Team / Player.
- No player will be permitted to participate at any of the levels without original documents. All are advised to carry with them the Original Date of Birth Certificate; Identity Card in the CBSE format and Class X certificate issued by the Board.
- Read the Guidelines & Rules carefully before Organizing/Participation.
- As soon as the Sports calendar is received, send your ‘Consent Letter of Participation’ to the respective OrganizingSchool without waiting for any formal invitation.
- Refer Annexures‘A’ to ‘I’ included in the Guidelines and Rules of Inter School Sports & Games Competition 2007.
- Sports Fee - All the independent/self financing category of schools affiliated to the CBSE, shall pay Rs. 3000.00 as mandatory annual sports fee irrespective of the fact whether a particular school takes part or not in any of the tournament(s) and the size of the school.
The draft should be in favor of Secretary, CBSE and sent to the respective Regional Officer under which the particular school falls in. While remitting the Sports Fee, please mention the name of the school and the “Affiliation Number” (NotSchool Number) behind the Draft.
The details of the sports fee deposited must be enclosed with the Entry Performa.
- No teams shall be accompanied by more than two officials.
- The CBSE Competition in Basketball, Judo, Taekwondo, & Table Tennis has been recognized by the respective Federations.
- The schools after having qualified at Cluster/Zone level Competition do not participate in the Nationals, without taking permission to do so from CBSE; will not be allowed to participate in any of the discipline during the next year.
IDENTITY CARD
Each school must issue an Identity Card to every player of its school, separately for each of the discipline in which student intends to participate as per the format given below. If a player is participating in four disciplines, four number of separate discipline wise Identity Cards may be issued to him/her.
The Identity Card must be surrendered with the respective school organising Cluster/Zone level competition at the time of reporting/registration.
On the last day of the competition, the Identity Cards to all the respective Athletes/Teams that qualify to participate in the CBSE Nationals may be returned back after having countersignatures of the Principal and school seal of the respective Cluster/Zone level competition organising school.
In case of Athletics and Swimming the events in which the athlete does not qualify must be cancelled or punched before returning.
