1. Actions from last minutes of 24 Feb / 1.Employment section still outstanding from Sept/Oct of last year. / RH
2 a. Neil redrafted the plan.
4 and b. Assumed undertaken.
2. NP Action Plan / a. Neil has been forward updated sections on housing, natural and built environments and infrastructure, to incorporate into the working draft.
b.John G working on the local amenities section, which Jonathan will help input on.
c.Neil conducted the site visits (with Mike/Bill) and has now written up 5 of the 9-10 reports. The remaining reports and NP analysis to be distributed before the next meeting.
d. As part of the action plan, following the analysis of the sites it will be referred back to the village for comment.
e. Having received the villagers input the affected land owners will be contacted (again, in some cases).
f.Progress report/action plan updated and to be distributed. / JG/JC

3. External Communications. / a.The landowner of a site (opposite the Old Warwick Rd self build site) has contacted Neil re suitability.
b. Meeting held with Richard and Kenneth Hutsby with Mike and Bill re their proposals for the ‘ribbon’ site along Banbury Rd, opposite the The Chequers/the old police house.
c. All future external meetings to be held within the confines of the monthly NP meeting. / ALL
4. Public Participation / Offered but non given.
5 AOB / a. Drop box; Debbie to review the ‘old drop box’ and transfer any relevant info to the new one.
b. No update on Housing Needs survey / DB
