A Planning Schedule is a set of “Collaborations” between a Buyer and Supplier. The Buyer publishes the schedule and the Supplier reviews and responds to it.
Collaboration = Buyer + Site + *Item + Supplier
* Item comes from the buyer material number and/or supplier material number.
Step 1: Locate Planning Schedule (PS) Collaborations
There are two typical business scenarios that apply when searching for planning schedules:
1. Search for a set of PS items that were sent to you by a buyer and require a response
2. Search based on business criteria (i.e. part numbers, vendor codes, plant or storage locations etc.), in order to check the schedule requirements

§ On Navigation Tree: [+] Demand Plan & Forecast à Planning Schedules à Search
§ Under the Run Date field, enter the date that the buyer sent you the set of PS items
