JOB TITLE: Client Service Representative
REPORTS TO: Commercial Manager

GENERAL DESCRIPTION – Summary
The Client Service Representative provides assistance to Producers and Account Executives in the handling of new and renewal business and is responsible for assisting clients with service needs and making changes and recommendations to existing accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
· Phone back-up with complete problem resolution
· Order, follow-up for, and mail loss runs and experience modification worksheets
· Verify coverage for third parties
· Prepare renewal applications by comparing application to policy information
· Request information from client and/or carrier and follow up to receive the information
· Process the premium audits after they are reviewed by the Account Executive
· Create all renewal master certificates
· Order change requests
· Process endorsements
· Handle questions regarding direct bill invoicing
· Handle clerical tasks involved with accounts receivable (printing up the forms)
· Execute processes and procedures following guidelines and meeting specified timeframes according to Agency procedure manual.
· Perform other duties as requested, including exercising discretion and judgment prioritizing workload.

· A college degree is desirable or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Property and Casualty License
· Certificate of General Insurance (INS 21, 22, 23)
· Must have strong commercial lines technical knowledge. Must understand all forms of coverage and risk alternatives

· Communicate and speak in a clear, concise and professional manner both in person and on the telephone.
· Travel by air or ground transportation as required in performing job duties.
· Lift and carry objects up to 40 pounds
