HOW TO: LS1 Returnless Fuel System

If you have an LS1 with the returnless fuel system and a car with a return system, (which you most likely do), the following instructional shows how to adapt the returnless system.
A 2000 Corvette fuel filter incorporates a fuel pressure regulator.

It also may be found at your local auto parts store.
The Item# at Napa is FIL3737, and costs around $30.00.

Napa also sells the 12" line (with push style connectors on each end) that connect this filter and the stock fuel line to the LS1.
The filter has a 3/8 inlet port and a 5/16 return port on one side, which will be fastened to the stock Porsche hard lines with compression fittings. Connect the 12" line to the OUT TO MOTOR side, and plug the OEM rubber fuel line into the line and up to the rail.
