I.The purpose of this modification is to definitize contract change order (CCO) 115 to add software maintenance, sustaining engineering, system engineering, and training for the Earth Observing System (EOS) Real Time Processing System (ERPS). Accordingly, Section B.1, Estimated Cost and Award Fee, is amended to increase the estimated cost, award fee, and lookback fee; Section C, Descriptions/Specifications/Work Statement, is amended to update the SOW; Section F.4, Option for Additional Effort Required During Contract Performance, is amended to increase the estimated cost, award fee, and lookback fee for Option 1; and Appendix 3, Award Fee Distribution, is amended to increase the estimated available award fee and lookback fee for both the basic contract and option 1.
II.Section B.1, Estimated Cost and Award Fee, is amended to increase the estimated cost, award fee, and lookback fee of the contract by the following delta amounts:
