Screen : Pioneer AVD-W6210 Touch Panel 16:9 (6.5")
1- Remove the central console out of your dash.. Just pulling hard on it, it will come.
2- Remove all screw behind it, to be able to remove the inboard computer. You will find some Philips Screw and Torx screw for the vents. Remove them al.
3- When you will get your vents in your hands, this is where the job start. You have to sand out the extra plastic that is not in use.. The screen is so tight in place, this extra plastic need to go..
4- Don't be afraid to remove the plastic, as far as you can.. Remove as much as you can.. Until the wall of the vent are really down size to the maximum. (I use a grinder)
After that, time to get busy with that part.. With the help of a Dremel, I remove the part for the inboard computer.
Sand it really smooth..
reinstall the vents..
Look clean ;)
put the screen in place, with 2 side tape on the side of it..
The installation is not finish.. so, keep come back for the rest..
