ADMISSION STAGES

Stage 1:

a)  Filling up of Student Information Form, anti ragging undertaking.

b)  Scrutiny of all original documents. Original documents are to be submitted at the Institute along with one set of self attested photocopies. The set of self attested photocopies is to be attached with the Student Information Form. List of required original documents is attached in Annexure I.

Stage 2: Submission of original documents and generation of institute General Registration Number.

Stage 3: Payment of Fees.

1 / Institute Fee component paid at DTE is Seat Acceptance fees - Processing Fees, For Open, TFWS, VJDT, NT, SBC, OBC categories Institute Fees component paid at DTE = 5000-1000 = Rs. 4000/- and For SC, ST categories Institute Fees component paid at DTE= 1000-1000 = Rs. NIL
**2 / Fees to be paid by Demand Draft only. DD should be drawn in favour of "VISHWAKARMA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY', payable at Pune. Cash will not be accepted.
3 / OMS (Outside Maharashtra State) candidates shall have to pay an additional eligibility fee of Rs.500/- in cash at the time of securing the admission. OMS Candidate means that candidate who does not possess Maharashtra State Merit No.
*** 4. / The students from OBC/VJ/DT/NT/SBC having income above 6 lacs are not eligible for benefits of Scholarship/ Freeship as per Govt Rule. Such students are required to pay the fees applicable for OPEN category. No change will take place in this matter on any grounds.
*** 5. / The students from OBC/VJ/DT/NT/SBC should produce Form 16 (salaried persons) for F.Y. 2016-17 or Income
certificate from all sources of income (non salaried persons) issued by competent authorities for the F.Y. 2016-17.
**** 6. / The EBC concession (50% of Tuition Fees) as per the Govt. Rules at the time of admission to all eligible candidates. Income below 6 Lacks only. Applicable for only first three children only.

Stage 4: To carry out ‘Online Update’ of the confirmation of the candidate’s admission on DTE

website, issue of fee payment receipt and DTE acknowledgement.

Stage 5: Digital photograph and signature for Identity Card.

Stage 6: Allotment of Division (Room No. 1020) (Graphics Laboratory)

Stage 7: Filling of online Student Information form, online test of Maths and English and Login to Google

Class Room in Information Access Center Room No.1019.(Ensure correctness of mobile number

and email ID to receive examination results and important messages and email.)

Director’s Address : The Director’s Address will be held on 01st August 2017 at Sharad Arena as per following schedule. The parents are cordially invited.

Domicile certificate of father / mother who is an active defence service person is domiciled in the State of Maharashtra.
Def-3 Active Non Domicile Defence Candidate: Defence Service Certificate Pro forma C and D/E.
Certificate from employer in the pro forma – D stating that father / mother of the candidate who is an active defense service person presently posted in Maharashtra.
OR Certificate from the employer in the pro forma – E stating that father / mother of the candidate who is an active defence service person and has retained the family in his previous place of posting in Maharashtra.
21) / Physical Handicapped Candidates (P1,P2,P3) : Certificate in the pro forma F/F1 duly signed by Civil Surgeon.
22) / TFWS Candidates: income certificate stating that his/her parent’s annual income certificate/ stating the income is less than 6,00,000/- from all sources.

IMPORTANT NOTE :- All the students are advised to keep at least four sets of attested

photocopies of all documents for their future requirements as the original documents

will be retained by the Institute till the verification is carried out by the concerned

Government Appointed Authorities.
