9.1Citizens Advice Donation – Resolved:The PC has not made a donation to this.

9.2HDC Parish Community Safety Questionnaire – Resolved: PA completed with the support of the Cllrs to HDC highlighting the areas of the top three priorities.

9.3LCC NHT Survey – Resolved: SW to complete online survey

9.4Canon Photocopier collection cost – Cost retrieved from Canon. Resolved: SW to confirm of the appliance can be removed only by Canon.

Highways/Footpaths

Speed Sign, Rugby Road - SW received a response from LCC, this should be repaired within three weeks.

Recreation

TW presented the costing and plan of the proposed Playground equipment, the Parish Council unanimously agreed to proceed and also to match fund the amount from the Agar Venture.

Wind Farm

No report

Neighbourhood Plan

Items concerning the PC have now been resolved, the Neighbourhood Plan will be moving forward to the next stage of consultation.

Dog Fouling

The problem still persists on footpaths, notably along Welford Road. Any Parishioners aware of any culprits, please let the PC know.

Street Lights

SW received a response from LCC regarding the changeover of lights to LED, they will be contacting Parishes in May 2018.
