The Employment Agency was set up in 2016 as a way of connecting students and graduates with exciting opportunities across the North East, and beyond. The Employment Services Team works in partnership with a range of employers to help them to successfully recruit candidates for a number of positions. The Employment Services Team are on hand to provide guidance to all applicants throughout the recruitment process.
The Organisation:
The Cultural Spring is part of the Creative People and Places Programme, initiated and funded by Arts Council England through the National Lottery. Creative People and Places are about more people taking the lead in choosing, creating and taking part in art experiences in the places where they live. There are 21 independent projects, each located in an area where people have traditionally had fewer opportunities to get involved with the arts.

The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Data and Administration Intern to join the Cultural Spring Team on a part time basis, providing on-going support to the team around administration duties and ensuring the accurate storage and use of data. Specific work will be varied, but will include:
· CRM support
· Reporting activity
· Mapping out and monitoring of evaluation processes
· Data analysis
· Working via in-house systems and processes to store various data in an effective manner
· General administration duties
