AC7118 Job Audit Matrix Flag Note 2 was discussed concerning whether it should be revised for improved clarity. It was decided that it was fine, but the auditors needed to be trained on it again.
ACTION ITEM: PRI to add Flag Note 2 from AC7118 Job Audit Matrix to October 2016 Auditor Conference agenda. (Due Date 1-Oct-2016)
Auditors had questioned if 15a and 15b (Core Processing) should count as 2 job audits or as 10 job audits (each subsection counting as a separate job audit). Task Group intent is 15a counts as one job audit and 15b as the second. It was decided to determine how much of a problem this is for the auditor’s time-wise, prior to considering revising requirement.
Action Item: PRI to survey COMP auditors concerning time constraints conducting 15a & 15b job audits on Core Processing-only audits and report out in London, June 2016. (Due Date: 31-May-2016)
