PAYMENT INFORMATION
GUIDED GROUPS
Groups of 8 visitors or more receive a reduced admission rate of $12 per person. Groups electing for a private guided tour of the exhibitions will need to pay $100 per guide (Docent). Docent requests need to be made at least 30 days in advance, with a $50 non-refundable deposit required within two weeks of receiving your reservation confirmation. The remaining balance (guide fees and admission) can be paid upon arrival for your tour at our Visitor Services Desk in the front lobby. For your convenience, we can also take full payment in advance of your visit; however, we do not offer refunds for advanced payments
NON-GUIDED GROUPS
You do not need to send payment in advance; admission is paid upon arrival. If you choose to pay in advance for your convenience, read the advanced payment guidelines written above.

Cancellation Policy
We are happy to adjust your reservation date and time, if needed. If cancellations are made with at least 5 business days notice we can credit a future visit with your payment amount. Additionally, cancelations caused by unavoidable circumstances (i.e. blizzards) will be rescheduled with no extra charges.
Arrival Information:
Please check-in with your group at our Visitor Services Desk located in our lobby just to the left of our entrance. There you’ll be able to pay your balance and also get your tickets. Coat check and restrooms are available on the theater level (one level below the lobby), with additional restrooms on the 6th floor.
