If you plan to sell items from two different categories, or two different DS Companies, you are required to fill out two separate applications and purchase two table spaces.

Exhibitor Inventory
Your application must be accompanied by recent photos. (One should be of your display). Photos will not be returned. Please write your name on all photos submitted. Please list all items to be sold.

Contract and Release
By signing and submitting this application the vendor acknowledges, and agree to abide by all rules and regulations as listed therein. The exhibitor hereby forever discharges, releases and holds harmless Ms. Sarah’s Market and Rhema Productions, and all other of it’s agents, servants, employees, principles, successors, principles, successors, and assignees from any and all manner of action suits, damages or claims whatsoever arising from any loss or damage to persons or property of the undersigned in association with any of these events including damage to my business by reason of failure to provide exhibit space or the removal of the exhibit space or the failure to hold any show as scheduled, and hereby consent to the enforcement of all rules and regulations of the show. No refunds will be given for any reason.

Rules and Regulations
All crafters MUST be set up by 9:30 a.m.
No straw, open flames, or pets are allowed inside the building.
There are no refunds for accepted vendors.
You are responsible for the security of your items. We assume no responsibility for guaranteeing the safety of items left in your booths.
You will be assigned a booth space, which will be clearly marked. Nothing pertaining to your booth shall exceed your designated area. Please respect the vendors around you.
No alcoholic beverages, smoking, drugs, guns, knives, or blow guns allowed inside the building.
Vendors are not allowed to bread down prior to 3:00pm. Vendors who leave before the end of the show may not be asked back the following year.
Vendors are responsible for collection and reporting of applicable taxes.
Cancellation Policy: Promoter reserves the right to cancel any show, deny a vendor application and return collected fees.
