There will be a $50 ($100 for Guests) charge for a car space, and a $20 cash deposit, which is refunded when the parking permit is returned.
The Parking fee can be paid by EFT separately,prior to the booking date once you have a confirmed spot .
Please do not include this amount in your booking fee as we may have to issue a credit if there are no car spaces available.

Windarra Booking Guidelines
- All members are expected to observe the lodge rules and to do listed chores allocated to your room.
- Guests may stay at Windarra without sponsor members subject to board approval. Sponsor member to remain responsible for their guests
- Children under 17 years may not stay at Windarra unless accompanied by an adult member without prior permission
- Children under the age of 3 years at the date of the booking are not permitted during the peak (Winter) season.
- Bookings are NOT TRANSFERABLE.
- Cancellations made 30 days or less of stay will not receive any refund. Cancellations of more than 30 days or more notice will receive 50% refund only if beds rebooked. In the event of a cancellation, the Booking Officer will give members on the waiting list priority, and or if time allows, members will be given two weeks to take up the booking prior to being made available to visitors.
- Car spaces will be allocated two weeks prior to the booking date, or when the week is fully booked. The lodge captain will be allocated a car space at no charge.
- All efforts should be made by members with car spaces to assist other members and guests without car spaces.
- Under no circumstances should visitors be allowed to stay overnight without prior consultation with the booking officer and the lodge captain. All visitors should vacate Windarra prior to 11.00pm.
- Upon arrival, members and guests should make themselves known to the Lodge Captain, so they can be marked off the Accommodation List for that week
- Phone bookings will be held for ONE WEEK ONLY, pending receipt of this form & full paymentof booking fee.
- Unpaid bookings will be cancelled without notice if form & payment are not received by the Booking Officer within 7 days of enquiry
