The school board of Clark School District #12-2 convened in regular session in the library onMonday, May 12, 2014 at 5:30pm. The following members were in attendance, Kim Seefeldt, Amy Sass,Trudi Gaikowski, Bob Steffen & Todd Fjelland. Also in attendance: Interim Superintendent-Luanne Warren, Principal- Jerry Hartley, Business Manager-Heidi Sigdestad, and Courier Reporter- Bill Krikac. Patrons included Brenda Jenkins, Ann Albright, Stephanie Hagstrom & Melissa Nesheim.

President Seefeldt called the meeting to order at 5:30 pm with the meeting starting out at the P4 Manufacturing Building and moving to the library at 6 pm.
P4 Manufacturing Teacher, Paul Streff gave a tour of the building and presented projects from students.

Mrs. Jenkins and the 7th grade class presented the school program showcase to the board.

No school due to inclement weather on January 6th and January 16th.
No school due to TIE Conference in Sioux Falls on April 14th.
Make up days were February 7th, February 17th and May 21st.

Moved by Fjelland and seconded by Gaikowski to set drivers education classes for the 2013-14 school year at $135 for students enrolled in our district and $200 for students enrolled outside of our district.

Moved by Steffen and seconded by Gaikowski to compensate Luanne Warren for her time as Superintendent for the month of June at $6,000.
