  • What is ProfLink and how do I log onto it?
  • ProfLink is a system that Rowan University uses for chartered clubs and organizations to show students what events are going on as well as for students to track what on campus events they swiped into. Your module progress is also tracked through ProfLink. All ProfLink activity is recorded on your co-curricular transcript.

  • What is ProfsJobs and how do I access it?
  • ProfsJobs is a job and internship search site where employers are posting opportunities specifically for Rowan students. It can be accessed by visiting ALL STUDENTS have a ProfsJobs account- Your login is your student email and if you have never logged in before, hit forgot password and reset your password.
  • You can also upload your resume here to easily apply to jobs. Please note that here is a 72 hour approval window.
  • How do I know what activities will fulfill my module requirements?
  • For Module 1: You should have received a Passport Program handout from your professor detailing the TEN total activities you need complete. The Rohrer Center for Professional Development (RCPD) also emailed a handout highlighting the 6 (out of 10) activities that you need to complete for the career development portion of your module.
  • For Module 2, 3, & 4: Log onto ProfLink, click on your module, click expand all above your module sections, then look at each section to see what activities will fulfill the module.
  • How do I track my module progress?
  • For Module 1: Log into Passport at and “View Previous Submissions”.
  • For Module 2, 3, & 4: Log onto ProfLink, scroll down to view the module that you are enrolled in and the Overall Progress bar should indicate your current status. You can expand on each category to view details of what is complete. Anything that you swiped into should show progress automatically and anything else needs to be self-reported by clicking “Mark Complete”.
  • How do I document events or activities that counts toward my module, if you don’t swipe into it or if the event happened outside of Rowan?
  • For Module 1: Make sure the event counts for the module with the Center and with your professor and upload it like a regular event in passport, but BE SURE to provide proof that the event counts.
  • For Module 2, 3, & 4: Log into ProfLink, click on your module, go to the experience tab, click add experience, then follow the steps to put information in about what you did. MAKE SURE to choose the correct curriculum and domain (Explore, Engage, Network and Experience) before you submit.
  • How do I submit proof of completing an event or activity if there are multiple files that must be uploaded and I can only upload one document in Passport of ProfLink?
  • To upload more than one file to provide proof of completing a module requirement, you will have to condense the files into one. You could put multiple images, or screenshots, or scanned documents into a word document and upload it.
  • If you want to send it as a PDF, you can put the multiple files into a word document, hit save as, and save it as a PDF file instead.
  • What do I do if I miss a module requirement and it is no longer being offered?
  • If you missed one of the module required workshops and it is no longer being offered, you may attend any Center for Professional Development workshop in its place. You will have to document (see FAQ directly above this) that you attended the other workshop in place of the one you missed and that the Center for Professional Development approved the substitute.
  • If you missed any other module activity that is no longer being offered, please check with your faculty member to see if they approve a substitute professional development experience and provide that as documentation.
  • How will I know when events are coming up to fulfill my module requirements?
  • Join the Rohrer College of Business on ProfLink and you will be able to see upcoming events being hosted by the college
  • Where can I find a listing of professional associations to join or attend a meeting to fulfill my module requirement?

  • What can I use as documentation if I am reporting an internship offer or a full-time offer?
  • You may submit the actual offer letter and please feel free to black-out any personal information, you can provide an email starting that your offer letter is on its way or attached or you may provide a screen shot of your LinkedIn Profile indicating that you are employed at the organization (if the position is current or just started).
  • Will my professors see my progress?
  • Your professors will receive a mid-semester report and a final report to see if you completed your module by December 2nd. The only way that they can see this is if you complete your Final Assessment.
  • How will my professor be notified when I finish all my module requirements?
  • Your professor will receive an email with a list of who has not completed, who partially completed, and who finished the entire module.
