PARTⅠ Use and Elements

WTZK－02 Series Transformer Temperature Controller (BWY－02 Series Transformer Temperature Controller),be applicable to measure the temperature of transformer oil or other liquid, airs and steam. And when the temperature that measured is reachedor exceeded the initial value it will send out the contact-point signal. It is suitable for taking measurement and control of oil temperature in transformer that over 500KVA. The temperature controlleris consist of temperature bulb（the temperature detector）, capillary tube and elastic component. Inside the 3parts of the temperature controller is filling with temperature-sensing medium as a sealed system. When the measured temperature changes the volume of actuating medium in the temperature bulb will be changed along with linear graduation. This volume increment is transmitted by capillary tube so as to take a corresponding lineardisplacement. After magnifying the linear displacement by a special amplifier, the measured temperature can be indicated and switch on a micro switch to send out a signal.

If users need to change the value of set points, please take off the meter cover, stir the setting needles to set value planned,after this close the cover.

PARTⅢINSTALLING & OPERATION INSTRUCTION

1.PERSET THE TEMPERATURE

Take off the meter cover, stir the setting needles to set value planned.(Generally needn’tto set up again)

2.WIRING

Open the cover of gauge, reeve the wire through the cable guiding holes and connect according to Figure 2. Commend to use KW4×1.5 wire.

After wiring, screws down the nut at the cable-guiding hole, neverloose. Close the cover as the same appearance, screw down four boltequably.

Before installing the gauge, make sure you have already fixed with wiring and set the switch.

3.INSTALLING OF THE TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER

Drill through the bolt the shock insulation board. Fixes the instrument on the instrument board.Superabundanceintertexture pipe should be intwine as a round with φ300mm even more. It should be fix each 300mm use protectionsheath to prevent the controller.

4.Installation of bulb

The depth of inserting the bulb into the transformer must ≥150mm.

Before installation please fill the installation hole with thermometer’s oil, then insert the bulb slowly and screw down the screw thread (M27×2).

On the head of the installation part, there is a cored screw(M18×1.5).It function is to adjust the depth of inserting the bulb. The correct installation method is screwing out the cored screw(M18×1.5) first,wrap it with appropriate seal material (like twine and so on)in a clockwise direction. Before completely screw down the cored screw(M18×1.5), adjust the depth of the bulb well(best as it max insert depth ),at last screw down the cored screw(M18×1.5).
