7Mrs. Routier is present with her attorney, Mr.
8Douglas Parks, and the State being represented by
9Mr. Toby Shook and Ms. Sherri Wallace.
10 And, Mrs. Routier, the purpose of this hearing
11today will be very brief. A jury list in your case
12has been sent out to prospective jurors, and, ma'am,
13have you received a copy of that jury list?
14MRS. ROUTIER: No, sir.

18MR. PARKS: I have received a copy,

11believe, Judge.

14MS. WALLACE: Friday the 11th.
15THE COURT: Eleventh, Friday the 11th
16so that was Wednesday the 9th.
17MR. PARKS: I would expect that
18Mrs. Routier will get hers either today or tomorrow,
19our jail is about that much behind.
