Notes to Applicants：
  1. Please read the Terms and Conditions for Application before completing the Application Form.
  2. This form shall be completed in block letters with a black water-based pen;
  3. Wuhan K11 art village Artist-in-Residence Programme terms:
Year 2016 April 1, 2016 to February 27, 2017
  1. Application deadline:
Application deadline of Year2016: Friday December 31, 2015
  1. The applicants will be notified of the result in writing and via email within 4 weeks from the application deadline;
  2. The studios shall only be used for art creation proposes, any commercial or profitable purposes are strictly prohibited;
  3. Overseas applicants shall ensure that they have appropriate visa to stay in China during the programme term;
  4. This Application Form shall be submitted along with its attachments. Application not prepared according to the specifications will not be accepted.All printed materials shall be submitted on one-sided A4 paper and secured with paper clips on the upper left corner. Please do not use stapler;
  5. For local applicants, please submit the application by post or in person to Art Project Department, Room A601, New World Center, 634 Jiefangdadao, Hankou, Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China and specify WUHANK11ARTVILLAGE on the envelope;
  6. Overseas applicants can apply via email:
  7. Application with missing document(s), overdue or not prepared according to the specifications will not be accepted;
  8. All application forms and data submitted will not be returned. K11 art village will maintain the confidentiality of all the materials submitted;
  9. This programme is subject to change without prior notice. In case of any dispute, K11 art village reserves the right of final decision.

List of submitted works
Portfolio disc:
  1. Total number of submitted works is limited to 6, those related to application proposal are desirable;
  2. Up to 20 images in total, stored in jpg or png file format, with minimum resolution of 300dpi and size of 1600 x 1200;
  3. Up to 6 videos in total and each video shall be limited to 2 minutes; stored in avi, H.264 or mp4 format with minimum size of 1024 x 768;
  4. Images and videos shall be numbered according to this page;
Printed Portfolio:
  1. Please print images in the disc on one-sided A4 paper, one image on each page;
  2. For video, please snapshot four images from each film and print the pictures on one-sided A4 paper, one image on each page.
  3. Pages shall be numbered according to this page;
All printed materials shall be submitted on one-sided A4 paper and secured with paper clips on the upper left corner. Please do not use stapler;
