Dorridge lunch time: 12.15 – 13.15
Cone area at top of the playground and lead an activity for all children to be able to join in.
Also need to observe top area where the trim trail is.
Dinner ladies will run other areas of the playground/grass
Coach to have a fit4schools helper with lanyard – they will help you during play time and also be allowed to go into the PE cupboard. Use them at the end to get equipment ready for both coaches PPA sessions to save you having to
Wet play: Take class to Mrs Hales Year 6 classroom and lead indoor games (they have a Wii set up too)
Dorridge PPA 13.15 – 15.30
Set up as much as possible before hand but must collect class at 1.20 when children are lined up. Take into classroom and register (older year groups swap boys and girls). Once registered lead out onto playing area or playground to deliver session. Usually ends up each year group have between 35 – 45 minutes then swap class with other coach who will take a group inside to swap with remaining year group having lesson time in the classroom.
Dorridge afterschool 15.30 – 16.30
Allocated classroom for children to come to you and get changed before conducting register. Any medical notes and emergency contact numbers will be provided with register. Children to be back and changed ready for 16.30 parent pick – coaches to dismiss
Allens Croft PPA13.30 – 15.00
Collect PE cupboard key from classroom (yet to be confirmed) set up in hall/playground and wait for class to be brought to you by TA.
This year they have a reward system where 2 children are to be given a badge for EVERY session. The rewards are based on 6 sports values with this term being honesty. For reference the other values for the rest of the year are Respect – Autumn2, Team Work – Spring1, Self-Belief – Spring 2, Passion – Summer 1, Determination Summer 2
Badges will be kept in the Year 1 shared area as well as the PE cupboard (for us)
Allens Croft afterschool club 15.30 – 16.30
Children will be brought to you in hall/playground. Have children getting changed at 16.25 and teacher will come in to dismiss children at 16.30 so not our responsibility.
Holywell 8.45 – 16.00
8.30- setup and get the equipment out the cupboard etc.
8.45- 10.15 (outside) Y1 collect from playground
10.30- 11.45 (outside) Y1 collect from the playground to classroom and get changed. Return to class for teacher to take over and change them
12.15- lunch time club on KS1 playground, fun games etc.
1.00- 2.25 1 (coach has hall/one coach outside) collect from playground and register.
Boys get changed together

2.25- take kids back get changed ready for assembly at 2.40
3.00- assembly ends take kids back to class bags coats etc. And take out to dismiss to parents at 3.10
Chapel Fields 8.55 –15.00 (afterschool club 16.00)

Wed 13th - Chapel Field 8:55-9:55 4LW, 10:10-11:15 3B, 11:20-12:00 vulnerable children, 1-2 6PJ, 2-3 6H
(instructions: collect classes from classrooms, most classes are already changed and ready, take them back to the classroom about 10mins before end of lesson to get them changed & ready for next lesson) (if it's lunchtime, collect them from the playground, take them to classroom to register them, ask a student to go and grab the reg from Rec.) (end of the day, walk with them to the playground & see them off to parents)
Yew Tree Tuesday 9.00 – 12.00
Collect children from classrooms no need to register.
Some equipment in cupboards in hall, most in shed in 'quiet' playground, out of back door of corridor and turn left, key kept in front office.

Brockhampton 11.45 – 16.00
11:45 on playgrounds with children, general supervision until 12:15ish, then take a class onto top playground for sports, generally football, rota of class on board on bottom playground.
Weds - Year 3 Thurs - Year 4
1:05 collect children from playground, register and change class. Have the class until end of day, bring in at 3, get changed, dismiss class to parents at 3:15 Some children are on school busses, send those children to the hall, there is a list generated daily and delivered to class. Any after school children go to hall also.
After school clubs should be starting week beginning 25th, believe its netball weds and football thurs.
Go to hall after dismiss rest of class, children should be changed/changing, if dry take children and bags etc outside and register., leave bags etc by wall on bottom playground. If wet all groups generally combine in hall for board games etc. Dismiss to parents at 4.
All equipment currently kept in shed on middle playground, combination for lock is 1884
