2017 Timber Point Junior Golf Program

The Basic Program is for boys and girls, ages 7 through 10 that are generally new to the game and need training in all the fundamentals. Safety, rules and etiquette are also stressed here. The atmosphere is fun as students are challenged with various types of games and contests. Price includes six sessions.

The Club Division is for those students who have gone through the basic program and are ready for organized play on the golf course. Advanced levels of instruction, rules and etiquette along with safety and sportsmanship are the focus of this program as students play various types of formats on the golf course. The suggested minimum age for both boys and girls is 11. A Suffolk County Green Key (juniors - $15.00, valid for 3 years) is required for this program, as is a 9-hole junior green fee, ($9.00), each week. Price includes six sessions.

June 28, July 5, 12, 19, Aug 9, 16, 23, 30 / Each week pairings listed on web site. First tee-off is 1:30 PM. Students arrive 45 minutes before their tee time. Tee times generally run between 1:30 and 2:15. Pick-up at completion of play, approximately 2.5 hours after tee-off.

Food:Juniors can bring a snack or pay for food in the clubhouse restaurant.

Cost:Basicor Club: Cost is $295.00. (Submit only this amount with registration.)

Registration:Juniors will be accepted on a first come first served basis to insure manageable teacher / pupil ratio. (Approximately, 8 - 1). The registration form below must be completed and returned to the Pro Shop with payment no later thanthe Sunday before first date selected.
