Minutes of AIGETOA WB Kharagpur SSA held on 04/01/2009.

  1. Initially welcome speech given by lokesh DS Kharagpur.
  2. Self Introduction of all members.
  3. C. S Addressed meeting. Work culture needed to be improved in overall development of organization as well as our self. It is management fault that they had not taken outcomes up to maximum extent available within us. Some times though management understands our problem due to strength of other association we were denied our legitimate and genuine demands. He also elaborated all the things happened during our agitationprogrammed at Delhi and carrier progression of Graduate Engineers.He also mentioned the surrender of landline phones and the market share of BSNL.
  4. Mr. Bijoy Chourasia in his speech told all the Graduate Engineers should be united; so that problems arise in SSA level can be solved.
  5. Mr. Bipin Kachap told his CR is missing during his service period in Orissa Circle as he got transferred from Orissa to Wb mutually.
  6. Mr. Lokesh wanted to know the status of Rule38 cases pending in our circles.
  7. Mr. Jyotirmoy Samantha wanted to know about ITS absorption cases.
  8. Mr. Samir Kumar Patel wanted to know the Pay up gradation status in BSNL.
  9. Mr. Abdesh Kumar Mishra wanted to know about the status of our Diary and calendar of 2009.
  10. Mr. Bapu Marandi wanted to know the present status of the E1 to E2 up gradation of 2001 batch.
  11. Mr. Partha Sukla das and Mr. Mantosh Kumar clearly emphasized the issue of MT(external and internal) and its effect on the Graduate Engineer JTO.
  12. Mr. Amit Ranjan told the need of funds for our Association.
