Omega Management Group Corp. conducts auditable monthly web based transactional surveys for Netezza. Separate surveys are conducted for TechnicalSupportCallCenter activity, Technical Account Management work with our Customers, and Installations. I have personally found our Technical Account Manager to be quite helpful with queries we have with Netezza. James Mesney & Paul Froggatt are doing a wonderful job, with special mention about Paul, as his technical background in (the) Telco industry helps (him) relate to our problems.

Please continue Tushar's tenure with us. He is essential to our smooth operations. We DBAs do not have root and the SysAdmins do not know the systems as well as they should. We have Tushar and one SysAdmin that seem to have the whole (product) understanding. (In addition, Tushar) is very responsive to our needs.
