to duplicate services but to combine to strengthen our efforts for marketing the City and County.

policies/programs/best practices/resources and tools.

--Angie attended the Ehler’s Public Finance Conference and gained greater knowledge on TIF Basics, and TIF Best Practices

She also learned of some Economic Development techniques for Business Expansion and Retention, Workforce

And Marketing that could be implemented into the Corporation’s work plan.

--Attended local manufacturers breakfast hosted by NTC regarding workforce development efforts

--Continue to work with Grow North Counties on the possible resurrection of past programs as well as other

--Facilitated a group meeting with area stakeholders on the possibility of a Wood Productions Innovation Center

--Continuing to work with Redevelopment Resources on a Langlade County Industry Cluster Analysis

--Continuing to work with the City of Antigo and Langlade County on redevelopment of vacant buildings

--Continuing to work with Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC), Department of Administration (DOA)

And Housing Urban Development (HUD) on the future of the Economic Development Revolving Loan Fund

--Following up with past due loan payments, payment review letters, and monitoring of insurances and UCC filings
