Summary:IR stealth paralyzes the enemy war machine:
IR stealth conceals vehicles from heat seeking missiles, from being targeted by artillery, and personnel from night vision viewrs. It also partially denies the enemy IR detectors from readingthe GBS of moving targets for the far-behind artillery to attack. The IR stealth may, just may, lead to virtually-total enemy paralysis with no choice left exceptto surrender.

Shoulder-fired missiles as the Soviet SA-7, the advanced Chinese HN-5, and the American Redeye and advanced Stinger use the infrared systems to home in on the passive IR emitted by the heat of the engine. The insurgent missile shooter sets his visible eyesight on the helicopter or any aircraft, waits for a tone that signals an IR lock, pulls the trigger, forgets about it, and waits for the kill.
With our IR-Stealth cloaking the helicopter, the ground or air shooter will not get the buzzer signal of the IR homing on-target lock. So the shooter does not fire his deadly heat-seeking missile. Instead, the missile becomes blind and useless.
Other countermeasure technologies are unsafe and ineffective;Pyrotech chaff can start ground fires, andlasers that zap inbound bogies and disrupt their trackingcan start collateral fires on the ground. Ground security, suchas tighter perimeters, scrutinizing boaters, vehicles (pickup trucks, for example), and rooftops is an enormous and expensive means of defense at home, in Iraq, jn Afghanistan, and in future American wars.
This stealth technology is effective against IR/UV passive optical and heat seekers using the advanced single PbS crystal (cell), the tracking software, and signature recognition of the helicopter. The insurgent becomes unable to get his buzzer lock started.
Testing and evaluation was done by overflooding a person with infrared, in the absence of concealment ( pictures # 26, 27) and compared to the same person behind the stealth cloak (Pictures # 28-32 ). Automatic adjustment to conform with the surrounding:
The personnel stealth cloak incorporated into a garment (military BDU, etc.)will performas well or better than the adaptive camouflage systems utilized by animals like the chameleon and Hawaiian bobtail squid (chromatophore cells and reflectins, a.k.a. reflective protein, respectively). The software blurs the edges and adjusts color and brightness to interactively conform with the surrounding environment while the person is stationary or moving rapidly during attack or withdrawal. Psychologically-intimidating images can also be printed for morale boosting.
Installation: Apply stealth on the 4 sides of the vehicle, install the software, do self-test, and turn switch OFF. Turn switch ONwhen needed. Personnel or dogs can wear outfit or headset while hands, feet, eyes, ears, & mouth remain free.
Applications: In war or peace. Stealthy you or your stealthy dog can hide &hunt live birds & animals. The animal’s much-stronger-than-man night vision is overcome with the combined visibility/IR/UV stealth. The Stealth II technology can be used in robots, boats, SOC, and carriers. It can also be used to infiltrate front lines and kidnap enemy officers. Stealthy warfighters with stealthy shoulder-fired missile systems or RPGs can destabilizethe enemy. Lab tests show that this IR-stealth conceals helicopters from fire-&-forget heat-seeking ground-to-airand air-to-airmissiles.

Limitations: Not less than 20 feet distance and no conversation with close-by enemy.This stealth system (making cloaked item invisible to eye or camcorder)is an all weather, day/night, stationary/moving, & land/sea-capable technology. The system can be utilized for all of the iterated functions we reported. The combined visible/IR/UV Stealthappears successful,but field-live T&E remains tobe performed on a Stinger Weapons System (man-portable Stinger missile system) and helicopter we do not have.
