PRFC RENEWAL OF MEMBERSHIP 2016-17

Dear Fellow Member

I am pleased to enclose your membership renewal form for the new season. Please will you complete it and return it to me with your payment as soon as possible. Please post it to me at the rugby club or leave it in Club letterbox.

If you would like to renew your membership by standing order, please see the club website for details how to do this.

We will not be issuing paper membership cards this year, bar cards are to be used as proof of membership. If for whatever reason you do not have a bar card please speak to myself or Johnny Rankin.

If we do not receive your membership subscription for the incoming season by

31st October 2016, your bar card will be frozen until payment is received.

As per previous seasons Fixture books will be available from behind the bar.

If you would like to apply for rugby international tickets this year please will you

complete the attached RBS 6 Nations Expression of Interest Form and return it to the club as soon as possible. In order to reduce postage costs, only those who have completed this form will be contacted when the IRFU ticket allocation becomes available.

Please note that only voting members (i.e. players or VPs, but not social members) may apply for international tickets.

Membership numbers continue to increase and we are continuing our drive to increase our membership base so that our magnificent facilities can be enjoyed to the full.

All new members are welcome and I have attached New Member Application form for this purpose.

1. LIFE MEMBER - £750

Full voting rights at general meetings of the club members.

2. PLAYING MEMBER (OVER 21) - £150

(Reduced sub for 18-21 players, full time students and unemployed - £50)
(Reduced sub for exiles who normally play with another club - £20)
Option to pay by standing order £12.50 per month

3. VICE PRESIDENT - £60

(Reduced subscription for OAPs aged 65 and over - £30)

4. SOCIAL MEMBER - £30

(Lady Associate - reduced subscription of £10 for spouse of voting member.)
(Associate Member - reduced subscription for member of Associated Club)
(Family Membership - both parents/guardians social members plus one or more children juvenile members - £100)
(If parent is a mini/youth coach then Family Membership includes coach as a VP member.)

NoteWe do not receive an allocation of tickets for away matches. We shall apply
