Barbara Singer Environmental Studies Scholarship
The Barbara Singer Environmental Studies Scholarship has been established, through the Charles Darwin University Foundation to honour Ms Singer's contributions during a career spanning more than thirty years, to environmental protection throughout the Territory.
The scholarship is available to students enrolled full time in an environmental science course at Charles Darwin University. Applicants will be able to demonstrate passion, ability and initiative in the area of environmental protection.
The value of the scholarship is $3,000 for one year to be paid in two equal installments shortly after the census dates in Semester 1 and Semester 2.
Eligibility
The successful applicant will:
· Be a current student enrolled or intending to enroll full time in an environmental science course at Charles Darwin University in 2013;
· Have demonstrated passion, ability and initiative in promoting the aesthetic and/or environmental health of the Northern Territory environment;
· Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident; and
· Have an appropriate academic record.

- A completed SCH103 Scholarship Application Form
- A written statement addressing the eligibility criteria above
- Proof of your most recent academic results (CDU students can contact 1800 061 963)
