MOVE-IN INFORMATION
After your application has been fully approved, one of our property managers will contact you to begin theleasing process. There are several steps associated with the Move-in process.

· Tenant Handbook reviewed
· Utilities connected
· 1st month’s rent and all security deposits submitted
· Inspection performed
How do I pay rent?
The most convenient payment method is to set up automatic monthly payments in your tenant portalusing your banking account information and or credit / debit card. We also accept one-time payments online through your portalusing your checking account information. We accept money orders and certified checks at our office.
When do I get my keys?
You will be provided your keys at the day of lease commencement.

We have provided the phone numbers of the Utility Companies that you will use depending on wherethe property is located. This information can be used to get estimates on price, etc.
