Ms. Christine Harms is the School Outreach Consultant for the Colorado School Safety Resource Center in the Colorado Department of Public Safety. She is a former public school teacher, private school administrator, and trainer with more than 30 years of experience working with youth, professionals, and parents in schools including service as the co-coordinator of a large suburban Philadelphia school safety resource center.
With a mandate to provide consultation, resources, training, and technical assistance to all schools in Colorado, this conference is an opportunity to gain updated knowledge on emergency planning in higher education as well as the opportunity to alert colleges in Colorado to trends in the field.
