NOTICE:

The stated data has been measured in accordance with the international flashlight testing standards ANSI/NEMA FL1, using 1x 14500 Li-ion batteries (3.7V, 700mAh) or 1 x AA batteries (1.5V, 1500mAh) under laboratory conditions. The datas may vary in real-world use due to different battery usages or environmental conditions.

Operating Instructions

Battery Installation

Insert 1x14500 battery or 1xAA batteries as illustrated.

WARNING

1. Ensure batteries are inserted with the positive (+) ends pointing to the head. The TR15 will not be operational with incorrectly inserted batteries.

2. When the TR15 is kept in a backpack or left unused for extended periods of time, Rofis recommends all batteries are removed to prevent accidental activation of the flashlight or battery leakage.

HeadRotation
The head and the body of the torch can be rotated 0-90 degrees, hold the body of the torch by your right hand and put your right thumb on the switch.

Then secure the body by left thumb and index finger, use your right hand to turn the body towards yourself and your left hand to turn the head outwards until the head and the body of the torch rotates to the certain angle you need.

On/Off Operation

To switch on: Press the switch to turn the light on

To switch off: Press the switch again to turn the light off

Brightness Levels

With the TR15 switched on, press and hold the switch for more than one second to cycle through brightness levels of ultra-low, high and locating mode. To select a desired brightness level, simply release the switch when that level is being displayed. This mode has memory effect to ensure direct access to the previously used brightness level when the TR15 is resumed.

Moon mode

With the light turned off, press and hold the on/off switch for over one second to enter moon mode.

Lockout/Unlock function

Lockout: with the light turned off, press and hold the switch for 3 seconds (keep pressing the switch for 2 seconds after enter the moonlight mode) to enter lockout mode

Unlock: with the light locked, press and hold the switch for 3 seconds to unlock, then flashlight into the moon mode

Special Modes (Strobe/Location Beacon/SOS)

Press the switch three times in quick succession in any state to enter strobe mode. When in strobe mode, press and hold the switch for more than 1 second to cycle through SOS, location beacon and strobe modes. To exit, simply press the switch again. The TR15 does not have memory effect in any of these special modes

Power Tips

When the voltage is less than 2.6V meansthat the battery power is close to depletion, the red power indicator will blink twice every seconds.

Changing / Charging Battery

Batteries should be replaced or recharged when output appears to be dim or the flashlight becomes unresponsive.

Locating function

Turn the flashlight on, press the side switch over two seconds to cycle different bright levels, until red light indicator light starts to flick, release the switch to activate locating function.

Maintenance

Every 6 months, threads should be wiped with a clean cloth followed by a thin coating of silicon-based lubricant.

Warranty Service

All ROFIS® products are warranted for quality. Any defective / malfunctioning ROFIS® product can be repaired free of charge for a period of 60 months (5 years) from the date of purchase. Beyond 60 months (5 years), a limited warranty applies, covering the cost of labor and maintenance, but not the cost of accessories or replacement parts.

The warranty is nullified in all of the following situations:

1. The product(s) is/are broken down, reconstructed and/or modified by unauthorized parties.

2. The product(s) is/are damaged through improper use.

3. The product(s) is/are damaged by leakage of batteries.
