Director of Rugby Report
Niall D started by discussing the changing rooms at the school and the mess that has been left behind after we have used them on Sundays. Emma D has just written a letter of apology to the school for the state they were left in. It is the responsibility of all coaches of all age groups who use either the club or the school changing rooms to ensure that they are left in a neat and tidy state afterwards. Youth teams should be encouraged to respect their club including changing rooms and others that we may use, this has to be fed down via coaches.
1st XV also need to take responsibility for ensuring the changing rooms are left tidy after use as they should be leading by example.
Niall D went onto praise the U12’s this season – they started off the season with not knowing who was going to coach them and whether they would have a team. Numbers are now up and they have registered 19 players – they have won their last 3 out of 4 games losing to Redruth and all coaches from other sides have commented on how well they are playing now.
Training pitch needs to be actively managed now as really chewed up – Niall D will keep all coaches updated reference training sessions.
Fixtures Secretaries
Games to be re-scheduled due to water logged pitches

Devere B – End of season combined with 10year anniversary of club house – Jake and Bob L to help with organisation. DB would like to arrange a mini Helstonbury at the club, hire a marquee, have 12 different bands playing, charge £25 per ticket – would like permission from Committee to begin to look at this which will be an initial outlay of £4,000 which will be covered by ticket sales and beer selling.
