Follow-up Items
o Is the demo server that is linked to the Wiki running? Jeffrey is willing to update Wiki. No updates.
o How to migrate data from v4 to v5 installation – Jeffrey asked. Will be part of testing and review. No updates.
o Mongo takeovers – security. Options that can be selected when doing the Mongo install. Luke has some notes that will go into install notes.
o Nick and Peter are working on v5 install guide and will include this in the guide.
o Jeffrey – getting some feedback from his BA on reports. Only giving numerator and denominator separately but is needed for reporting. Date range needs to be 12/31/15 – 12/31/16 for popHealth to calculate a year but it needs to be 1/1/16 – 12/31/16. Nick Martinez thinks you can use 1/1/16 – 12/31/16. Issue is that the date entered is as of 11:59 pm on that date. Gary will see if his team can look at that.
o Really not an error – original popHealth had a 1 year reporting period. This team built in flexibility for a 90 day period. It has to do with how dates are entered.
o Jeffrey and team are going to test more and might request a future enhancement.
Dev workgroup report – Nick Martinez, Peter Li
o popHealth v5.0.0
o New release – v 5.0
o Main enhancement is the C4 filter – ethnicity, race, age, etc. filters.
o Development work is complete as well as testing
o Certification is next step
· Last Friday went through certification. There were a couple of errors from the certification. John Broglio of Zato Health is working on these errors.
o Goal is to go through certification process again tomorrow.
o Once certification is successful, the team will merge to the master branch
o Features:

· Writing out of CAT1 files - getting good CAT1 zips out of the system in a “safe” way
· New measure bundle
· Updated technology stack – Ruby v 2.1.5, Mongoid Gem v 5.0 , MongoDB v3.0.12 , Ubuntu v15

o Boston was full so he is trying to get us into Chicago HIMSS in the fall

o Suggestions for future meetings – agenda topics, speakers
o Gary Parker and team have been looking into FIHR – what to put that communication layer on top of popHealth – hope to have in place for 2018 certification
