How to pay your membership fee, when it is due, and what the 2016 prices are.
In 2015 we made a concerted effort to collect membership fees. The result was a significant increase in income from this key contributor to the club’s financial health.
This is good news for all of us. Not least because it enables us to keep membership fees the same this season as last season. A reminder of the different fees is below.
The deadline for payment this season is 1st Mayfor senior playersand 1st June for junior players.Players who have not paid in full by these dates will become unavailable for selection until they have paid.
How to pay your 2016membership fee
Paying by online transfer (BACS) is by far the simplest method to pay your membership fee. It cuts out significant administration effort and is more secure.

On an exceptional basis we can accept cheques. As a reminder, this method of payment adds effort for your fellow club members to collect, go to the bank, and then separately record the deposit. Please make cheques payable to ‘Boughton Hall Cricket Club’. Please include on the reverse of the cheque the same reference information as for an online transfer.

Parents of juniors are encouraged to pay their child’s fees on junior registration night at the same time as completing/confirming the registration form.

Frequently asked questions
*University students who do not intend to play until term ends can pay on their return from university – i.e. when they become available to start playing. If however you intend to play during term time then the 1st May deadline applies.
**What if I play over 40s and also in another senior side? You pay the highest of the two categories, but you don’t have to pay both.If however youonly play over 40 cricket you onlypay £50.
Game levies are separate to membership fees. There will be a levy of £5 per player for each senior match (£3 for 20 over matches). The levy for junior matches is £2 per player. These fees are in addition to tea money, which is payable by all players.
***Associate membership is available on an exceptional basis to part-time occasional players who will not play all games due to selection or availability. The cut off point for eligibility is playing half the games in a season for the relevant side – i.e. if an associate member plays (or expects to play) in more than half of the games during the season then they are expected to play full membership fees.
