Rota for Church Cleaning

January 2018 - July 2018

Please try and clean at the beginning of the week if possible, then the church is ready for funerals/weddings etc, though you may wish to check with the Office to ensure you don’t clash with such events! Those weeks numbered 1,2,3 have extra areas to clean as indicated below. Please rearrange with others if you are unable to do your week. Swipe cards can be obtained from Barbara Lewis in the Parish Office on Wednesdays or Fridays

Week beginning
Monday - Saturday / Week in month / Week 1: Please clean the organ loft
Week 2: Please sweep the outside area/ramps etc
Week 3: Please clean main entrance behind glass window & door
Week 4: Ensure brass door handles are done
Other weeks: general clean, mop and vacuum the floors
Please write note to Peggy McDonald, in the book provided, when materials are low BEFORE SUPPLIES RUN OUT! Contact Jan Doyle re the Dyson Filters

Letters after your names annotates whether you will receive a paper copy in your pigeon hole at church, a paper copy via school, or whether we have an email address to email the rota.
