Corporate Sponsor Agreement: CASA holds the right of refusal upon review of any and all comments or advertisements for public communication concerning the 2017 Heroes Gala and Benefit Auction. Corporate Sponsor agrees that CASA may terminate the agreement at any time for any reason at its discretion. Upon termination by CASA of the agreement, CASA shall refund any sponsorship or advertising fees received prior to termination. Nothing in this Agreement implies or conveys CASA’s approval, endorsement, certification, acceptance, or referral of any corporate sponsor product or service, and/or material/s developed or intended for use in connection with the selected sponsorship opportunity.
