ALL of your materials must be cleared from the Exhibit Hall by 9 PM on Saturday, February 3, 2018.

To ship out using Freeman:

All packages must be sealed

Go to the Freeman Desk for labels and additional instructions

Apply labels to all packages. Freeman will pick them up from your booth at the end of the show

To ship out via UPS - from UPS Store located on 2nd Level of the Renaissance Waverly:

All packages must be sealed

All packages must be labeled with YOUR outbound shipping label, with YOUR UPS ACCOUNT number (bring them with you or print them in your hotel business center).

Complete the Outbound/Waybill Authorization Form (available at the UPS Store).

All packages must be taken to The UPS Store located on the 2nd level of the Renaissance Waverly Hotel no later than 5:00 PM on Saturday. Packages received on Saturday will ship Monday.

If you have questions, contact the onsite UPS store at 770-303-3102. The store is open from 9 AM – 5 PM on Saturday, Feb. 3 for Mart exhibitors.
