Comprised of Justin “Antwan” Walters, 20, Maquell “Que” Williams, 21, and Terrance “T-Kay” McLaurin, 21, FaSho' has been compared to the Jonas Brothers, B2K, New Edition and Boyz II Men. The combination of their crisp harmonies, razor sharp dance moves, and crossover appeal sure enough woo the fans leaving no doubt for the urge to see more.
Based in Atlanta and bred in South Carolina, the members of FaSho' discovered their love for music long before they finished grade school. Influenced by true soul singers like Marvin Gaye, Betty Wright, New Edition, and the Temptations, the boys spent much of their time doing the talent show circuit in and around their hometowns.
FaSho' has continued on to achieved many accomplishments such as being placed on the Official Ballot for the 2011 Grammy Awards by the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences in Categories of Best R&B Performance By A Duo or Group with Vocals "We Gon Party", Best R&B Song "I'm Wit It" and Best Contemporary R&B Album "Just Me". FaSho’ was selected by the 2011 7th Annual Prestige Awards Committee to pay Tribute to the Jacksons. FaSho’ shared the stage with Marlon Jackson in dance as Marlon received the Jacksons Lifetime Achievement Award. FaSho' appeared on MTV's True Life Reality Show "I'm In A Long Distance Relationship" with the show airing from late 2008 until early 2011. In 2007 & 2008 FaSho' charted the Billboard Charts entering at number 90 on the Greatest Gainer/Sales Chart yet climbing as high as number 6 on the Hot Pop Singles Sales Chart and number 2 on Hot R&B Singles Sales Chart. FaSho's music made the top 5 artists selection on the AOL Music Online Reality Show "The Biz" in October 2005 leaving the founder of Ray Charles the late "AhmetErtegun" to say "In my mind I see FaSho' making it." FaSho recognized the worth of Mr. Ertegun's statement knowing that he had an eye for great talent.FaSho' worked even harder to become more sharper than ever and has since that time gained countless accomplishments in many areas.
FaSho' has had the privilege of opening for the legendary Aretha Franklin, George Clinton, Avant, and Chante' Moore. Other artist include Monica, Ginuwine, 112, Cee-Lo, Ray J, Chingy, Brooke Valentine, B5, Kanye West and the Ying Yang Twins. FaSho' has performed at many well known venues and events including the Staples Center, Sullivan Hall, Georgia State College, Moorehouse College, University of Georgia, Clark Atlanta College, Alabama A&M College, Georgia Tech College, Dekalb County Family Picnic, Soul Food 3rd Year Anniversary, Hot 107.9 Birthday Bash, 3 Rivers Festival, Foxy 105 Radio Bash, For Sisters Only, Bronners Hair Show, The Black College Expo, (Alonzo Mourning) Zo Summer Groove, NAACP Act-So NYC, Towers Music Record Stores, etc. only to name a portion.
