1. The supplier of the furniture should provided pictorial design of the furniture along with rates after having discussion with the Dy. Librarian of TezpurUniversity.

1. In case of equipments supplier(s) are requested to visit the place and provide specific plan/design etc. and quote rate.

1. The supplier will be responsible for installation of the equipments and furniture.

1. Quotations should be accompanied by-

i. A call deposit (earnest money) amounting to Rs. 5,000/- pledged in favour of

the Registrar, TezpurUniversity, payable at Tezpur.

1. The rates should be exclusive of taxes and applicable tax % should be clearly indicated.

1. The University is exempted from Custom & Excise duty.

1. The rates should be valid at least for a period of one year.

1. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reason.

1. Applications should be forwarded to the Registrar for release of call deposit against unaccepted quotations.

1. No separate tender paper will be issued from the office; one should only download the specifications/List of items from the web site.
