Hi everyone!
Look for STARS next semester, if you don't know what it is, it's a small on-campus conference. It's similar to the larger ones.
Minis is also next march, and applications will be going out during winter break. If you want to apply it's a great way to meet advisers and get to know them, so apply. It's going to be in Beverly, Massachussets atEndecott college so definitely apply
Palisaides Mall Trip
Thanks everyone who went. Great mall. Very big. Yay.
BUZZ Karaoke

Crispell: I'd like to nominate Michael Hebert.
Bliss: Second.
Mike: Accept.
DuBois: Alyssa Baker
Gage: Second
Alyssa: Table
Sammi: Also for those who don't know, NCC is the National Communications Coordinator, you get a co. I'm the one for RHSA and NRHH has one too. You plan conferences and prepare for them, gather up a group of people, make clothespins, banners, roll call, fill out registration forms for your delegates, and every year you have conferences in different schools. This year we went to Syracuse and we're going to Endecott, Fargo, you host STARS in the spring semester
Amanda: Also Ashley and Sammi have been fantastic NCCs and we want to continue with that tradition. NCC is an awesome position in the leadership, organizational, and person skills you develop. It helps you grow and it looks great on resumes for student leadership positions. I highly encourage you all to go to these conferences and apply for the position. So please take advantage of the opportunity.
DuBois: I nominate Ariana Carbanaro
Gage: Second
Ariana: Decline
No more nominations at this time.

E-Board Choice
Each e-board member picked someone from one of the Hall Governments who showed excellent leadership and did an excellent job all around
Nick: Dayamara Cruz for being hardworking, going to every event, and going above and beyond the call of duty. She is doing double duty by being PR and Historian
for her hall.
Ariana: Mine goes to someone who is truly special. It is their first semester and they're so involved. It's so hard not to notice them. They are truly hard to miss and they always know how to make you smile, which is why my award goes to Benjy Schoenfield.
Sammi: This is for a very hard-working individual. Every Monday she walks into the meetings with a smile on her face. And when she couldn't make it to the positional meeting, she reached out to me. My award goes to Heather Brophy.
Sam: I'm lucky enough to be this person’s Hall Buddy. They are interesting to converse with and are always seen signing ASL. They hung out with me after my positional meeting just to chat and are just truly awesome. I'll be presenting my award to Peter Mills from DuBois, unfortunately he is not here so can someone accept this on his behalf?
Raine: This was a really hard decision to make because I think this AC is totally amazing in every way. But I have decided to give this award to someone who is actively involved on campus and has been a part of the RHSA community for years. They're in NRHH, workedon Orientation Staff, and currently serve as president of their hall government. This person is truly amazing and inspiring which is why I want to give my award to Betsy Wiener.
Dan: This person needs no introduction. They make everyone smile and make sure everyone has a fun time. I'm fortunate enough to have a class with this ac rep and he gave a great presentation today. He gets you so excited you can't help but follow. My award goes to Rui Gomez.
Christina: This person is one of the most dedicated AC reps I've seen. She frequently beats us to our own AC meetings and has been to every meeting this semester. Anyone who went our recent retreat knowsshe was the MVP of the day. This person has been a constant presence in RHSA - Jenna Pace.
Kristina: I want to award someone who is very involved, they're at every meeting despite not being an AC Rep, and goes to everyevent. They even came up to me with issues and I watched her go through this. Shes so dedicated, so my award goes to Angelique from Bliss hall.
Hall of the Semester
Ariana: “After painstakingly long months of Twitter Tuesdays and BUZZ Karaokes I finally have results for you all!”
Deyo placed 3rd. Crispell placed 2nd. Bevier placed first with a whopping 832 GFPs!
Bronze Pins
The presidents of RHSA and NRHH give out bronze pins each year – each can give our 4, for a total of 8.
It's the highest on-campus honor a student can get. Kristina gave out 2 of her 4.
1st bronze pin:
“This goes to somebody who is the epitome of student leadership. They are on NRHH e-board and an RA liason. They never complain and genuinely care about everyone. Their hall does not have an AC rep but this person comes to every meeting anyway. I worked with them on e-board last year and they did amazing things. That's why this bronze pin goes to Tim Natsch.”
2nd Bronze Pin:
“This goes to someone who deserves to be recognized but hardly ever is. She has done so much for our campus through small tasks and does not need titles. Robin Weinstein is so dedicated. I cannot put into words how amazing or dedicated she is.”
Other Recognition
Kristina: I want to recognize my e-board. They have done and amazing job. I want to thank you all for everything you've done. I joke about being able to it myself all the time but we know that's not true. I'm so lucky. Thank you for making this semester such a great time and I got you all little goodie bags.
Next, I want to recognize our wonderful advisers, they are so amazing and I don't know where we'd be without them. As an e-board we got you little somethings also. That's it.
