DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

A part from supervising and training the staff.

  • I provide all hotel information, facilities, activities & direction on hotel, city & country to the guest. * Re-confirm airlines ticket,
  • Make all kinds of reservation such as safaris, rent a car, tour packages, Cargo, shipments etc.
  • Handle mails, packages, newspaper, luggage, transportation, an any special request.
  • Complete and submit weekly storeroom requisition.
  • Provide details to accounts of newspaper & magazines issued to various dept. & Guest Rooms.
  • Interact with guests & staff needs & complaints.
  • Handle local & international calls of the guests & admin office.
