Principal Report: Mr. Robertson reported that there’s a lot going on at this time of year including hiring, teacher evaluations, etc. He was happy to report that a committee has worked all year to create a standard end of the year/course exit survey. The survey will exist on Google docs and each teacher will give it to each of the students in their class. There are 13 questions on teaching styles, etc. The students responses will be anonymous. The teachers will have the ability to add and addition 7 questions. Many teachers already have their own exit surveys but this will standardize the questions and allow for great departmental discussion.

Student Council: The first ever “Faculty Night Live” was heald on April 16. The night was a success. There was a profit of $525. The Student Council kept $125 and then gave the 4 classes $100 each. Next year, the event will be held on April 28, 2016.

Saturday, May 16, the SC will partner with PGC in the gym for a garage sale. All proceeds will go to the Madison family who lost a son last summer. A bake sale will be held the following week and the money raised will go to the Madison Life Squad for equipment purchase.

Class of 2018: No new news. It was a great year and the class exceeded expectations with their fundraising. They are coming up with new and exciting ideas for next year.

Class of 2017: The class is doing well. Their long sleeved t-shirt sale raised a lot of money. They are currently selling Lady Dodger shorts to all Madison schools. On may 26 they will run a kickball tournament open to the school.

Class of 2016: The class had a Yankee Candle sale and a 3x3 basketball tournament. They made a total of $1020. They are going to hold a Junior Class picnic on the last Thursday before the end of school. They are looking for donations for Baccalaureate. They are working on a Powder Puff game that will be the Junior girls vs the Senior girls. Most of the money raised will go to the Senior Class but some will go to the Junior Class.
