The Camper Covenant agreement must be signed by all who attend Camp Mimanagish.

I, ______, wish to participate in the ______camp and covenant that I will conduct myself in a way which is respectful to all persons and property,in keeping with the policies and procedures establishedby the Montana-Northern Wyoming Conference and the Committee on Outdoor Ministries, and is consistent with the values of the United Church of Christ churches.

in camp and will be sent home at my own expense or at the expense of my parent/guardian.

In return, the Counselors and Program Leaders covenant to provide appropriate leadership for this camp allowing me to have a safe, creative, appropriate, and Christ-centered experience. I have read and understood the above, and agree to commit to this youth covenant.

* Zero Tolerance Sexual Misconduct Policy includes all sexual conduct which can be, but is not limited to hand holding,
kissing and other forms of public displays of affection.

Parent/Guardian Authorization:

I give permission for my child to go on excursions where campers will be hiking away from camp premises. I give
permission for my child to participate in all camp activities. I have read the camper’s covenant and understand that risks to my child may naturally arise in an outdoor ministry program and accidents resulting in injury or death can occur.

Media Release:

I authorize use of any images of myself or my children to be used in print publications, online publications, camp
presentations, websites and in social media campaigns. I understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall
become payable to me for use of any images.
