During the months of April, May and June 2009 IKANO Communications is offering a DSL Promotion. Read below for the terms of the promo:

April 1st to June 30th 2009Promo Terms:

IKANO is pleased to announce a promotion on the Verizon TAS (network #8) DSL network. For each dialup or cable customer that converts to the Verizon TAS DSL network, and has an activation date between April 1st 2009 and June 30th 2009, and stays on the servicetill Jan 1st 2010; you will receive a $50 credit on your bill from IKANO. You will receive a credit as specified below for every Verizon TAS DSL user that qualifies. The credit will be applied to the DSL partner’s account approximately 6 months after the promo ends around Jan 1st 2010.

1 or more qualified users during April 1st to June 30th 2009 = $50.00 credit per qualified user

The total number of qualified users added during the promo period will determine the credit amount. After the promo ends on June 30th 2009, IKANO will send you a list of the Verizon TAS users that you added during April 1st to June 30th 2009. The following steps are required to qualify a user for the promotion.

  1. Print out a copy of the subscriber’s previous dialup / cable bill
  2. Write the DSL phone number at the top
  3. Mail the whole package to us after June 30th 2009.

In order to fulfill the required steps above, please request a copy of the previous dial / cable bill from your user. Keep in mind that you will want to insure you have this informationbefore you pass along any of the promo to them of course. If they are already a dialup customer of yours, this should be easy to print out.

*This promo does not apply to users who switch to your DSL services from a Verizon retail DSL channel or from another DSL carrier. The promo only applies to dialup/cable users who switch to your Verizon DSL service with proper documentation*

We encourage you to increase your sales efforts and push this promotion. The $50 credit you can receive is typically about 2 months of free service. We encourage you to pass along this promo to your customers or come up with your own promo with the intent of enticing dial or cable customers to sign up for your DSL services.
