APPLICATIONS DUE TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO SCHEDULED EVENT.$10 LATE FEE FOR APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THIS TIME, AND IF SPACE IS AVAILIABLE.

RULES

$25.00 per booth space is for both days of whichever event you sign up for. All events are outdoor events subject to weather conditions. In case of inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled for a later date. Applications are due two weeks prior to scheduled event. There will be a $10.00 late fee for applications received this time, and if space is availiable. Electricity is limited to demonstration booths only, and is an additional $5.00 fee. All fees must be included when mailing application. NO REFUNDS unless your application is rejected. ELIGIBILITY & ACCEPTANCE

Only original hand crafted items will be considered. Commercialized displays will be rejected, also items made from kits. Misrepresentation or items deemed to be in poor taste, will be considered grounds for rejection of exhibitor from the festival. Please send brief information describing your work. The LaGrange Living Historical Association reserves the right to accept or reject any applicants.

EXHIBIT REGULATIONS

There is a limit of two spaces per exhibitor. Spaces are 12X16 and you must furnish your own set-up equipment. Bring preparations for inclement weather. Set-up must be completed before 9am. Once set-up is complete, all exhibitors must remove vehicles to designated parking areas. NO vehicle will be allowed in exhibit area during festival hours, except in emergency situations.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hostesses will be available during the weekend should you need assistance. There is limited security available, so it is suggested that you take the proper precautions for securing your products and equipment. LLHA is not responsible for any losses or damages, personal or otherwise, incurred during this outdo event. First aid service is available in the park area at all times.
